'Antman' Release Date Pushed Up!

Everybody knows that Avengers: Age of Ultron hits theaters in May 2015, and will be followed by the beginning of Marvel Phase Three in November with Edgar Wright's Antman.  Similar to how this year we saw Iron Man 3 in early summer and will get Thor: The Dark World this fall.  Well, apparently that is no longer the case!

It has been reported that Disney has just moved Antman's release date from November 6, 2015 to July 31, 2015.  The big question is, why make this move?  Summer 2015 is already stuffed to the gills with huge announced films so why would Marvel risk launching a new character amongst all that competition.

There seem to be two likely scenerios. One, Disney is satisfied with their holiday 2015 slate and don't want to compete against themselves; Two, Marvel has a third film in mind for November 2015 and want to test the model and see if three Marvel Studios films in a year is a viable financial model that is sustainable.  Being a fanboy at heart coupled with all the rumors floating around that every Marvel character you have ever heard of is getting a movie, I am certainly hoping for the latter!

I want to know what you guys think!  Is this purely standard studio business or are we in for a treat? Do you guys think Marvel could push out three movies a year?  If there is a third film what would you like to see?  Let your voices be heard in the comments below!
